Our customers are the most important part of our business. Our aim is that you feel we put our minds and hearts in giving you the best possible service we can.
Shipping:
We can offer a flat rate of €7 to anywhere in Ireland per package and €17 to Great Britain.
Returns and Refunds:
If you change your mind about keeping the item/s, not to worry. As long as it is within 14 days of receiving the item/s, just send us an email to piluca@hamishhawkin.com and we will send you instructions as to what to do next. The item/s must be unused, in their original packaging, with their labels and in perfect saleable condition.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, give us a call on 0214706956 and/or send us an email to piluca@hamishhawkin.com and we will let you know what to do next.
Faulty items:
We won't send any faulty items to you. Should you receive a faulty item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving it by sending us an email and if possible a picture to piluca@hamishhawkin.com and we will email you instructions as what to do next. Don't worry. We will sort it out. -
