About Us
I have opened my private practice in 24 South Quay, Newcastle West.
We treat sport injuries, myofascial trigger points, neck and back pain, rheumatologic diseases and any kind of musculoskeletal problem. Physiotherapy services may include dry needling, joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, ultrasound therapy, TENS machine, exercise therapy, stretching, heat etc. We provide first aid during matches and do sport massage and sport taping. If you have a health insurance, you can probably claim some of the fee you pay for a physiotherapy session (depends on type of insurance).
If you have tight muscles, we can do half an hour or one hour (full body) massage while you enjoy some relaxing music.
2 therapists are working in Arra Physiotherapy Clinic at the moment: Ibolya Giba MISCP and John O’Regan MISCP.
Pilates is about strengthening your core muscles (abdominal and back muscles), mobilizing the whole spine and stretching the muscles in a safe way. We offer one-to-one Pilates sessions and beginner Pilates classes.
Price list:
Physiotherapy session (about 45 minutes): €50
One hour full body massage: €50
30 minutes (back) massage: €40
Pilates classes: €54 for 6 weeks or €10 per session
Private Pilates session for 1 person: €30
Pilates session for 2 people: €45
